African Ark open society institute is secular popular indegenius institute in kasese uganda offering Certificates and Diploma courses in vocational,agriculture,research and societal development lead courses.
The project was established in 2004 by kule Noah who was senior lecturer and trainer at kikumu agriculture research centre.Hee was born by witch Doctor in 1974 ,Regina kabugho  was founder of kikumu agriculture research centre.
Kabugho conttibution was to improve in herbal medicine processing in africaa and ensure vocationational studies to create self reliance and employment.

objective are:

2. improve accademic execcellence of women through scholarship to achieve rights
3. Offfers certified skills in agriculture and conservation  revolutions
4. Improve quality of education in management
